Brain-focused addiction recovery support for teens and adults.

The Fenice Approach
Addiction is complex, and lasting recovery requires more than simply trying harder to stop.
My approach is grounded in Dr. Daniel Amen’s Four Circles framework, which looks at four key areas that influence addiction: biological, psychological, social, and spiritual.
Addiction changes the brain in ways that can reinforce cravings, habits, and compulsive behaviors, creating a cycle that can feel incredibly difficult to break.
Understanding what is happening in the brain allows us to move away from shame and toward something much more useful: hope and action. The brain can change, new patterns can be built, and lasting recovery is possible.
By exploring how each of the Four Circles contributes to your individual patterns, we can identify the factors keeping you stuck and develop practical tools to help you stop the addictive behavior, support your brain, and build a healthier life in recovery.
